Senior Project Manager – Italy (Utility-Scale Solar & BESS EPC)

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 + Benefits

Viridis Talent is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with an expanding pipeline of renewable energy projects and play a key role in delivering complex EPC schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects.
• Manage project delivery from construction through to commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and project performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and contractual standards.

Requirements

• Significant EPC project management experience within renewable energy.
• Background delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Fluent Italian with good English communication skills.
